What consider high RPM’s

P0107 DODGE Possible Causes
  • Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure harness is open or shorted
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor circuit poor electrical connection
  • Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
  • Fan clutch is shorted
 
Thank you for the reply. I was hoping for an easy solution. I noticed yesterday that it didn't seem to react to throttle as usual. Also my fuel mileage seem to be lower than usual. bg
 
I removed the MAP sensor and checked the plug in connections, all looked good. Installed and started truck and I got POO73 code. Check the connection at the ambient air sensor and it was not plugged in good, I had checked the air filter earlier in week and didn't get the line plugged back in right. Cleared light and all is well, fingers crossed. bg
 
Low battery voltage, or batts temporarily disconnected he sheepishly suggested from behind a big tree.

EDIT added real world stuff:

I replaced my alternator last week, batts disconnected of course. Restart and P0107 and P0073. My old Mopar Guru told me due to low voltage duh ran on low volts to get home. IP Check Gage light came on, Scan Gage said hovering just below 12V getting home.
