Sure would like some help from the experts with this problem.

Thought I would treat my 04.5 with a valve adjustment after 166,000 miles.
Went through the whole valve train and no adjustment was required. That is according to the service manual.
Put the top back on and took the truck for a test drive. It was stuck in 4 wheel drive (4H). I have a NV5600 trans.
Took it home and disconnected the servo motor on the transfer case and did not find an obvious problem.
At that point had an error code. Connected up my Diagnostic tester and read the P0107 code.
When I turned the key on to do the diagnostic, I heard the drive motor on the transfer case clacking back and forth between 2 and 4H. The diagnostic tool would not clear the error code. Was able to end up in 2H.

The truck seems to run fine (as always) but I do not know how to clear the error code.
My concern is did I mess something up when I had the valve cover off. Maybe a wire to one of the valve sets or something like that.
Any advice would help.

Thanks-Roadrunner Ed
