Which Southbend for my 2008 Ram4500???

I have a 2007.5, Dodge 3500, 6.7 with a Superchips tune for towing. Virtually every time activate the exhaust brake and go down a long grade, I get a Check Engine Light. When I read the code it's P0137, O2 Sensor, 1/2 circuit low. I take it it's the oxygen sensor(s) forward and/or aft of the Cat Converter. I was under there the other day and access is pretty good but there is a device on the frame rail, a Bosch Oxygen Sensor Module. Question, should I change both of the sensors in the exhaust, the sensor module, both or something else.
The catalytic converter was changed under warrantee in 2012 and it's been throwing this code ever since. I normally just delete the code with my Superchips device, but we're planning on a long road trip towing our fifth wheel RV next year and i'd prefer not having to reset the code every day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd would pull the oxygen sensor and clean it. If it has excessive soot, that could be the problem. It may also be bad. The exhaust brake could be creating a situation where the sensor is out of acceptable range and that initiates the CEL.

That's probably what I'll do, it would be far less expensive than changing parts for no reason. I just need to get some EGR cleaning fluid.

No chemicals should be used to clean the o2 sensors. If compressed air will not do it,replace the sensor

I've read where using straight gasoline to soak them in is the preferred method, is that true? I've, also, seen them cleaned using EGR cleaning fluid like the kind from Chrysler.

I used throttle body cleaner for the oxygen sensor for my Diesel Cruze, seems to have not done any damage. MPG went up, no more O2 sensor CELS. I also used compressed air.
