P0301 Misfire detected #1 cylinder

I'm a newbie. Great site. What would cause this? 06 with 6k on it. Starting out from a red light, 2nd gear, pulling 10k. Let clutch out and truck started shaking very hard. I went on down the road (in traffic) low power still shaking, but not as much. Pulled over at 1st opportunity. Coasted to a stop and shaking turned into a bad vibration. I revved engine in neutral just a little and all went back to normal. I have Juice/attitude on 2/5. I thought the DMF was coming apart... Got home with no more problems and checked for a trouble code and I got the P0301. This morning dealer tech said to not worry about it. What do you all think?

It is the juice. I have no idea why but have had the exact same problem with my truck. Started misfiring threw the code but would be fine on a re-start. Very intermittent. Just got progresively worse. I pulled the juice and no problems at all.

Sounds like your injector didn't open.

Thanks. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope it doesn't happen again. I don't want to have to pull the Juice.....
