ECM controlled exhaust brake on 04.5 auto?

Lift Pump Fuel Pressure Monitoring/Monitor

I had p0341 cam shaft position sensor code. History: truck has 375,000 miles but has always been a strong running truck and well maintained. 2006 5.9l. This winter with snow on the ground I was helping my son move and truck would start to stumble but would pump throttle and it would come out of it. It did this 2 or 3 times on my way home from last trip until it didn't.

1. I have replaced the Cam shaft Positioner 3 times and a fourth time I swapped cam shaft position sensor with Crank shaft position sensor as they have the same part number.
2. I have cleared code several times.
3. I have pulled that portion of wiring harness and inspected.
4. I found chafed wires near cam shaft position sensor and replaced sensor plug.
5. engine will start but acts like it is running on one bank very rough. and no throttle response.
6. will smooth out and rev with slight squirt of ether (sparingly)

Diagnostics
1. measured resistance between (f855) 5 Volt supply and the K44 signal circuit it is infinite Indicated bad sensor But again have replaced sensor 4 times.
2. Measured resistance F855circuit between plug at sensor and ECM. <10ohms
3. Measured resistance K44 circuit between plug at sensor and ECM. <10ohms
4. Measured resistance K916 circuit between plug at sensor and ECM. <10ohms
5. Measured resistance between k44 Signal circuit from sensor harness connector and the battery negative. <100k
6. Measured resistance between k44 Signal circuit and F855 5 volt circuit. >100k
7. Measured resistance between k44 Signal circuit and k916 return circuit. >100k
8. Measured Voltage between k44 signal circuit and battery negative <1 Volt
9. Measured voltage between F855 signal circuit and battery negative <1volt

Any other suggestions? Any recommendations?

I replaced the Fuel injectors about 20k miles ago with BBI stage 1. Engine has always ran strong with very few problems.
