Thru a code tonight, I looked it up and it was the wheel speed sensor. AND I now have a leak in my brake lines somewhere. I haven't looked yet just happened. My main concern is what and where is the sensor and can it be replaced easily. Thanks for the info in advance

Alex

If you've spun your tires excessively lately, or held your engine at a high idle to warm it up in the morning, these conditions could have thrown that code. Mine starting throwning that code since winter started, which coencides with me holding my rpms at 1200 in the morning to help it warm up. I'm hoping that once warmer weather comes around and I don't hold it at fast idle anymore, it'll quit logging that code. I even went as far as to go down the turnpike and compare my odometer to the mile markers, and it was dead on, so I don't think I'm really having a problem with the sensor itself. You might want to check the harness going to the sensor though, I've heard of some people having problems with it getting damaged and logging that code.

The spinning of tires with the ice and snow today would be reasonable... and i went and got some brake fluid and found the hole in my line... And of course it is the section behind the Fuel tank. SO now i have a reason to replace my float/sending unit when i drop my tank. So off to the garage to try and replace my line. Wish me luck. never done it before but it doesn't seem to hard.

good luck man. dropping the fuel tank isn't to hard at all. Its a lot easier though if you have the tank close to empty. Probably the best way to get the retaining ring off the fuel tank module is put a block of wood against one of the ribs and tap on it with a hammer, preferably a dead blow or rubber mallet. Don't get to wild with it, you don't wanna damage the ring. Oh, and if you need to desconnect the lines from the tank, try wrapping a zip tie around the quick release tabs to hold them in. I used to wrestle with them something terrible. Tried the trick with the zip ties and they popped off right away.

The tank of course is at 3/4s. I have dropped one before i am more nervous about the brake line. I have done copper tubing before so i figure it is just the same. The fun part should be trying to crack the bleeders with all the sald that has been put down this year.
