OK, everything seemed fine for about 2 hours after I put my Edge Comp on (tapped wire) yesterday. I go to set the cruise control and the light won't stay on, eventually it stopped coming on at all... . hmmm. I go home and pull up the following code:

P1595 Speed Control Solenoid Circuits An open or shorted condition detected in either of the

speed control vacuum or vent solenoid control circuits.

P1595 Speed Control Solenoid Circuits An open or shorted condition detected in the speed

control vacuum or vent solenoid circuits.

This morning I try to use the wipers and no luck there either and other than these two items everything else seems to be working fine. So, what could have happened to throw these codes and wat should I look for??? Hope it don't ran tomorrow:(

check and double check your grounds on the Comp... there is a thread in the prod/accessories form about this right now

Moved Comp ground to new location, still nothing. Would I need to get this code pulled out by the dealer before anything was to start working again, assuming it was a bad ground?

Well, after taking the truck into the dealer it looks like I have a faulty reomote starter. The tech was able to reach under the dash, wiggle some wires and get the instrument cluster to go nuts. Then he tells me he's able to start the vehicle by pulling the remote start in a certain direction. Looks like a visit to the installer tomorrow.

Another thing the dealer tech noted was he was unable to access the PCM and grab the codes from his little computer code grabber thingy.
