P1652 code

I did a search to help me figure the P1652 code. Can anyone respeond with a decent interpretation of the code. I have seen it as a "IAC monitor disabled by PSP switch failed on" and also something to do with J1850 communications bus. I am just wondering if it is something important to go to the dealer with or just something I can clear with no problem with my Autotap software.

P1652 Lift/Dive Circuit



I think the truck is telling you it wants a lift kit.
