P2196 O2 sensor rich indication

I have a 2010 with about 45,000 miles on it. I don't drive it very much anymore and mostly on short trips.

The P2196 trouble code popped up recently indicating a faulty O2 sensor or rich fuel.

Is there an easy fix or is it time to see Dodge service?

There is a tsb that should be done first it is 25-002-14.That being said the o2 sensors will tend to soot up and not work correctly if they never run hot enough to stay clean.Short trips are not good for your system
