P2201-What is the correct part number

2014 4X4 Larimie that is firing the P2201 code consistently, started the beginning of the year and I just cleared the code and it worked-But now it keeps triggering the check engine and code

Question now I need to replace this sensor-I have seen three difference part numbers. Does anyone with certainty know what is the correct part number? The prices range from $350-900

I cannot tell you the part number but if you look at my P2201 question which was above this thread there was a video to watch on the replacement. That did not help me much because even though I have a 2014 my forward sensor is not the same as what was in the video. Meaning there might be different parts for the same sensor depending on how it was wired when/where the truck was built. I have an early build (Sept 2013) so it might be like a 2013 model. I would like to know the answer as well.
