P2271, P241A codes with check engine light?

I have researched the codes and understand that a TSB and wiring replacement may be required. Would anyone have an idea if these codes would be corrected under the engine warranty? I have expired on the 3/36000 Chrysler warranty obviously, but 5 year engine warranty still effective until the end of 2017. By the way, P2271 is O2 sensor signal stuck rich-bank 1, sensor 2

Possibly covered under the emissions warranty. Look at the warranty book in your glove box.
