P7100 camshaft

There seems to be (at least) two different camshafts used in the P7100. I say this because there are two sets of timing data on Fritz's page showing plunger lift vs crank degrees.

Does anyone know why the cam was changed?

I am thinking of advancing my timing.

I think one is for California and the other for the rest of the country.
