P7100 conversion

I am planning on converting my 91 D350's VE pump to a P7100. Has anyone done this before?

Yes, there are several that have. When I looked into doing this I found it cheaper to buy a second engine and swap the parts. Thats how I ended up just swapping engines and the crew cab now being a 1997 12V. LOL

I have squirreled away many of the parts needed for the conversion--gear case, pump gear, support bracket come to mind. Since I don't want to be buried with them, make an offer if interested. Also spare AFC, afc springs, etc. LIfetime supply of torque plates. Geez, here I am looking at ordering a 2013 or 2014 and I am covered up in parts for the old ones.
