Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) P7100 Injection Line Pressure?

What is the injection line pressure created by a p7100 pump? Also what are the popoff pressures of the factory injectors?



I searched all over but couldnt find any hard numbers, could someone point me in the right direction?

The line pressure from the injector pump to the fuel injectors can be as high as 17,405 PSI.

The pressure required to overcome the needle valve spring pressure (3,822 PSI) is the operating pressure setting. This is sometimes referred to as the "pop" or "pop-off" pressure setting.

As I recall Joe says in Article #35 the injection pressures are higher on the P-pump than the VP44. Do I remember that right Joe?

Thats what the article says, 16,675 p7100, 14,500 vp44. I always thought the VP was higher?
