I didn't know that this was available now for the 5.9L. I'd also love to know if anyone has used one.

Nice, but read the fine print. On the 5.9, standard transmission only and must have an exhaust brake. Still not available for the 2nd gen 24v....

NIsaacs is correct it will only improve the performance of an existing exhaust brake.
