I have had a Pacbrake on my 2002 CTD for years now. Recently it stopped working, as in not closing. I am pretty sure it needs cleaning. Can anyone provide me with the cleaning procedures?

If you have the vacuum operated model, it's probably the electric vacuum selector valve gummed up with carbon. There was an article by John Holmes in the TDR magazine several years ago outlining the valve cleaning procedure. Unfortunately, I don't remember the details. You might try sending John an e-mail directed through Robin at the TDR office. At one time PacBrake sold a cleaner for the vacuum cylinder.
I do have the vacuum operated model. I think I may have a bottle of the cleaner out in my garage. I remember picking up a bottle right after I bought the Pacbrake. Thanks for the info, I see if I can locate John.
