PacBrake "LoadLeash" exhaust brake

Anyone have any experience with the new PacBrake "LoadLeash" exhaust brake"? I have a 2013, 3500, which is used exclusively for towing. I am wondering if the brake works as advertised, or is it a "save your money" item?

Not a lot of info on this contraption; not even youtube. I do know that it's dead quiet in operation. If this thing made our trucks sounds like a big rig when braking, I bet Pac couldn't build them fast enough.

Wow, JH. That says volumes! We are (I've done it too) only too eager to spend $$$ to sound our trucks up, but only so-so on the $$$ to improve their stopping power. I'm laughing at us. If I towed more, I'd be very interested in that LoadLeash.
