Pacbrake loadleash

I have been interested in purchasing a pacbrake loadleash engine brake. Multiple times I have tried contacting the manufacturer to find out who is an authorized dealer/installer in my area but no response. I am in florida but willing to drive within reason. I had a bad experience having my turbo replaced by the local cummins certified shop and can't bring myself to go back. I had more things wrong when I got it back then when I took it to them.
please help!
