I am going to be installing the PRXB in the next couple of days and have already ran the harness through the firewall. My question is about the air tubing. Do these lines stay in once they are in or will they come out after the system is running. I have done a dry fit on these parts and the tubing comes out. Is there a trick to putting these air lines in where they go or do I need to do something else? Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Air lines definitely stay in place. That's what runs the whole system. You should have air lines going from the compressor to the tank, compressor to the brake assembly and from the compressor to the compressor air intake. If needed, I can postup some pics of my setup.

It's a push/pull system. Best I can describe is fully insert the airline. Then grab the movable brass fitting and slightly pull while pushing in on the airline. Then pull the airline slightly. Fitting should be taut at this point. Airline is now sealed. Once system is operational verify no leaks with Windex. Also, verify the air solenoid is not passing system air to atmosphere. The solenoid can be just a little askew. This will cause the pump to run more than designed. The solenoid isn't cheap. Verify it works while still under warranty.
