I have opportunity to buy an older but new PacBrake C14045. It come with the ECM by-pass C20141 and a BD TorqLoc controller BD130395.

I would be installing this on my 04. 5 with Automatic Trans.

What's the difference in this and the newer PacBrake C44045?

Should I use the BD controller or get something else from PacBrake?

I tow a 28ft. 5th wheel it weighs about 8,000#

Thanks,

Walt

I have had the old turbo mount Pacbrake on my 03 and now I have the newer PXRB inline pacbrake on my 03 and the PXRB has more stopping power at lower RPM
