Exhaust brake installation

BD HX-40 dead <500 miles(long)

Im having ATS install a remote mount pacbrake on my truck later this week along with the upgrade to the Stage 5 transmission and had some questions for those that know.

1. How is this activated, is it on a microswitch on the go pedal?

2. Can you and how do you make an override switch to manually turn it on and off. I want to be able to use it in the morning to warm up the truck.

3. Any 1st impressions on this brake?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

my brake works when my torque commander is locked. It comes with a manual switch. You have to turn off your commander and turn on your pacbrake in order for it to warm up the engine in the morning.

I believe it goes off the TPS.

It comes with a toggle that mounts nicely just to the left of the steering column.

First impression is very nice, reaction is fairly quick, no belts/pumps on the motor, only a small air compressor under the air box. Seems to be smart. won't engage if your speed is under approx 20 mph, nice when "Cummin" down the street. :D
