Pacbrake - The Experts in Heavy Duty Braking.

Have you have ever traveled downhill with a heavy load and asked yourself...

“Will I be able to slow down…?”

“Will my brakes hold..?”

Hills not only overpower your braking system, but also contribute to heavy wear and tear of the brake pads. A supplemental braking system goes a long way in alleviating these issues and providing you with unmatched retarding power at the same time.

Pacbrake’s PRXB Exhaust Brake
delivers the strongest braking horsepower, greatest speed reductions and shortest stopping distances possible without the use of service brakes. All this for speeds as low as 1200 RPM, unlike other typical exhaust brakes in the market which require high engine RPM to function properly.

Pacbrake’s P-67 LoadLeash
on the other hand, is a true Engine Brake and works in conjunction with the factory installed Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT) exhaust brake to give 40 % more braking power than the VGT alone can supply. In addition to enhanced control and reduced brake fade, the LoadLeash can extend the brake life service intervals by up to 300%!

Our new applications for the supplemental brakes include:

  • A PRXB Exhaust Brake for 2007½-2015 RAM Trucks with 6.7 L Cummins ISB standard transmissions
  • A P-67 LoadLeash Engine Brake for the Commercial Trucks * (*Engine must use a harmonic balancer - Cummins Part # 4938209)

Would like to install on my truck but I have ARP head bolts squeezing a fire ringed head. The load leash needs longer bolts on a few holes. ARP does not make longer studs. Anyone have a fix?
