You guys that installed your own PacBreak was thier any problem's taking out the number 39 and 42 plug in the ECM. The instructions tells how to do it but I would like first hand knowledge of any problems you might have had that is not covered in the instructions. Thanks

I want to think the guys again for the help they gave me installing my air tank.

I attempted to remove the plugs but with my big sausage fingers all i did was push them in. I just removed the ecm connections.

I used a small pair of forcepts to grab the plugs, real nice to just snap the tip on the butt ends and pull them out. If you find that you are pushing them in some, use a real tiny flat screwdriver or ice pick to pop them out a little, then try to get hold of them. Also, I did mine from over the fender, instead of removing the inner fender liner, they are easy to reach from the top. Just make sure you push them in straight, again I used the forcepts to grab hold of the wire to push it in.

I disconnected the batteries and pulled the plug, only to discover I didn't need to. My pins pulled out with a dental pick very easily...

That said, I have an issue keeping the white wire plugged into the ECM. It works fine for a while, but will work its way out for some reason...

The only symptom is the brake cycling while idling along in drive first thing after a cold-start. No wheel speed, brake is on. Creeping along I hear psht-psht-psht-psht until I step on the gas and go over 15mph. After that, no weirdness is present.

JCleary I dont think your getting the pin fully seated. Fully seated it locks into place in the connector. Maybe your locking tab for that pin socket is broken
