2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission pack rear axel bearings?

Is there any problems with packing rear axel bearings with valvoline red EP grease ? I have already done this and im wondering if its ok.

I wouldn't think there would be. It's going to wash out. I seem to remember seeing where it was recommended after a new installation to lightly coat them to protect them until they are lubed up by the gear oil.
