Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) paded vlavle cover

Doese anyone make paded vlavle covers for the 24V engine or better yet a formed pad that fits over the vlave cover but is removable so you can use it on another truck? I spent over 3 hours today kneeling on one and they are not comfertable at all. Thanks.

They have a kit which is pretty nice. Made quite a difference in noise on my truck. And besides, you could kneel on it

and what the heck where you doing perched on the vlavle clover. I doesen't tlink I'd fit in there.



The hood vlatch always gets in the way of working on my other truck. It's hard and pointy and always making itself known. A can huggie or sliced tlennis ball make a good clover for that.

I was getting voltage readings from the ECM before contacting STAR. What a way to start a friday.
