I've left a few messages and a couple of emails regarding my SMARTY OBDII cable.



I just got my truck back and cannot make connect with this cable. When I first received it, you had me twist the pins with needle nose pliers to make better connection.



My question is, can I get another cable for my SMARTY?



Please get back with me as I cannot make any changes right now.
