Painless wiring kit install

I am in the process of installing the Geno's painless wiring kit. This is the all ingition hot circuit kit. My question is what color wire at the steering column is the ingition hot wire? All the posts I have read say blue but I have 2 blue wires at the steering column. Also I will need the color of the wire for the dimmer switch for my gauges that I am installing next week?

How about just using the cigarette lighter wire? That's how I'm going to hook mine up when I get time...

Light dimmer if my memory is clear was light tan at the back of the dimmer switch. Try a search on wire light dimmer and you should come up with some info. Good luck.
