Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Paint chips under rocker covers?

I thought I did good by blowing around the rocker covers with compressed air, but NO, the paint on the rocker covers were all flaked and I spend 2 hours just getting the paint chips out of the top of the head. I know I did not get them all 100%, so will these few that I missed hurt anything or will it just get in the oil filter? I did cyls 1-4 last night and will wait for indoors to do 5-6.
