2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Paint for trailer hitch

What kinda of paint should I use when I repaint my trailer hitch this weekend. I was just thinking about using Krylon or Rustolem flat black over primer after I wire wheel the old paint and rust off.



Sound good or anything else I should do/use?

No problem. Just be sure to put 3 good coats on & use a good quality fine brush so that you don't show brush strokes.

i tried some stuff from my local Napa P. O. R. -15

GOOD STUFF but not cheep

Last one I did was in hammertone. Looks good & held up well

Por 15

The Por-15 is tough stuff. I painted my entire frame with it. As long as it has been scuffed it will stick. A little goes a long way, so buy a pint, if that all you are painting.
