Parking brake/ABS light up dim...

My parking brake light and ABS light in the message center come on dimly in stop and go traffic or when I get home from a days run I can make them turn off if I raise the engine idle very little . Has anyone seen this happen? What do you think it could be? Thanks in advance for any help...

Is it from holding the pedal down for an extended period, or does it just come on at random times? I've had mine do it from holding down the pedal. It could be the idle is too low, the rear brakes need adjusting (tighter) or the vacuum pump going bad.



I've had all three happen for me, but on different trucks. Oh yeah, the hose going from the pump to the vacuum booster could have a small hole.
