Could use some parts

If it had a factory tach I could use that (and connections), grill surround, factory wheels, interior emergency/park brake bracket (mine bent and tore), rear step bumper.
I have a 93 D250 LE ext cab.
In North Carolina.

Is this a wind up? Why would anyone part out that truck? Surely it is worth $10,000. I think it would be vandalism to part out a truck like that, is it a Cummins?
