Parts, service, and members on the Big Island of Hawaii

For some reason I've failed at keeping calendar pages from turning over. That said I’m looking at moving over to the East Side of the Island as part of my retirement therapy. Are there any members that can comment on turbo diesel ownership in the Hilo area? I would probably swap out of my 04. 5 Dually and into something a little more adapted to skinny twisty roads. Would appreciate any comments.
