Archived passenger door won't unlock

93 D350 passenger side door won't unlock or open w/ key, with inside door handle, or manual door lock. Something is jammed, the electronic door lock on the passenger side hasn't worked for a couple of years. It looks next to impossible to remove the inside door panel with the door closed. Maybe I can get AAA out...

Yes it can be done no it's not going to be Easy . sound's like the plastic clip has broken off the latch . there is 2 screw's down past half way on the door panel and a screw behind the door handle the rest are just clip's that pop out .
