Passenger Grab Bar?

Holy ***** handle, mexican seatbelt, whatever you want to call it, does anybody know if i can frankenstein a grab handle onto the passenger pillar from another later gen truck?

My step dad put an extra one in his 97. Our pillar is strong enough. Go for it!
