Passenger power mirror issue

I have an 06 2500 with power towing mirrors. Went to adjust and will only move side to side, not up/down. I keep them in towing (folded up) position just about all the time. Defrost works fine.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The same mirror on mine moves only a limited amount. Since that's the mirror I use most when backing my RV into it's very tight space, I usually have to rotate it into position by hand when parking it.

Hate to think about the day when it stops working altogether.

Control module is probably bad. The 4th gen style mirrors are easily sourced and parallax mirror is much better, just replace them.
