the pcm is located in the right rear section of the engine compartment under the cowl

i hate to sound dumb but is that passenger or driver side and is it under the sound proofing. i see two plugs beside the brake master cyl. talk to me

passenger side, you will see the connectors going into the pcm

I am going by an 04 service manual, so maybe the 04. 5 is combined in the ecm
