Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) PCM Programing

If I was to get a working PCM off a wrecked truck or something, would the dealer be able to reflash it for use on my truck. Trying to fix mine but it's not looking good and I need to get the truck back on the road ASAP.

From the same year and 'like equiped' truck yes. The dealer can use the DRBIII to load the correct programming.

Do you need a good PCM? I have one
