I was having dead pedal. I replace a LOT of stuff and still randomly had dead pedal. I bought a used ECM from back east from a wrecked truck that was 2 months newer. The engine would not run right because it was looking for a crank position sensor. My truck did not have one. I had 1engine control reflash it to my VIN and now the truck runs better than ever. I found many of the reflash companies were linked together. Many had horrible reviews. I felt 1engine control in Texas was my best bet. And I can say the whole process was risky from buying a potential unwarranted paper weight to a reflash that would not be successful. Well happy ending as the work done has made the truck run like it should. It was 200 bucks back then. I don't have any complaints. As far as I know they do PCM's also. Good luck with your repair.
