PDR intake kit

Looking for an intake kit for my 89 non intercooler truck. Not a whole lot to choose from online this is one of the only things I could find but it says it is for intercooler engines only! It will only work if you intend to intercool the truck only because of the cross over tube to the turbo

Unless you get a bigger turbo and do some thing about the small restrictive cross over tube theres no real point in a new intake manifold.

The reason it will not work is because the turbo inlet of a non-intercooled motor is much smaller than an intercooled one. It might be possible to make this work with an adapter hose from the tube to the turbo inlet.

The biggest gain would be to find a air to water cooler like found on the busses the same year or marine applications

Oh yeah I forgot they had the bigger stock turbos in the later first gens. Thanks for the help!
