Friend wants to buy E-brake for new 04.5 6spd

Dyno Results UFM, DD3's, zilla, water/meth

To my current set-up, I am looking to add a set of injectors (DD2or3's or F1 stage 2 or 3's) to my current setup as well as a transmission, RAD, and FASS. Which turbo should I go with? I want quick spool-up and good boost. It is a daily driver that is raced around a little (empty) and I tow about 8000lbs in the mountains (around 4000 to 5000 feet) about once a month. Usually I am at sea level though.

How much horsepower should I expect from this set-up?

if you've got the coin, go for the B1... definately a superior turbo... the HX40 is a good turbo, but like I said, if you can afford the extra cost, I'd go for the bomber

I agree with Forrest.

I have an HX40, and i've had no trouble with it to date. It's been great, but i still think the b1's are much superior. I'm always nervous that my 40 is on borrowed time. I just know too many people who have lost 40's to be confident in them. Any of them, including the modified ones.

Just my opinion and experience. Lots of people feel differently about the 40's.

Consider the DD Jammer, it is very strong and right in the range you are looking at.

As for HX-40's, I've run 3 different ones over a 3 year period on my 2K, with no issues at all.

Both pdr hx-40 and the B1 series are great turbos. Diesel dynamic injectors are a good products. Why not go straight to BUDDA injectors? You know you will want more sooner than later.
