Ok here it goes... . I recieved my PE-Comp last night and hardly slept (didn't get home until after 11:00 pm). Got up first thing this morning and installed it. Well the posts I have read say it takes about 20 minutes to install so I must be real slow, cause it took me a little over an hour.
Anyway just got back from a test spin and oh boy does the truck haul now!!!

EGT's were manageable for the amount of time I had my foot in it (darn thing is too fast and the roads around here are too curvey to have it planted for more than a few seconds). The boost gauge gets pegged to its stop (only goes to 30 psi). There is quite a bit of smoke on all levels if you nail it with no boost, but it only lasts a second or 2 and then its gone except for the most aggressive settings. Even on the lowest setting and lowest sub-setting there seems to be more smoke than when I just had an EZ.
Anyway gotta go drive around some more, my family all thinks I am nuts (except the 8 year old boy who loves to help with the Ram upgrades and ride in it). I recommend the PE-Comp for anyone who is looking for a variable type box.
