PE + EZ and DD1's OR EZ +DD3's??????

Hey guys, I have the PE and the EZ hooked up with DD1's. My problem is that I cannot use the PE in more than the 1st level due to the high egts that result. My question is do I keep the PE and run around in level 1 all the time or do you think I would get more power and controllable egt's by replacing the PE for DD3's ? Does anyone have relative HP figures between the PE on level one versus DD3's ? What do you guys think?? I am running all the items in my signature block now.

I know that DD3's, HX 40 16cm turbo, boost module, 4" exhaust, and K&N installed on a ETH will put you in the 350 HP/700 ft. lbs. torque range with no EGT problems.

From what I see your turbo is stock. Today I am installing DDIIs on my ram. and have HX35 turbo on the way from scott@toys4u. I have a 16cm2 housing waiting on the turbo. When I get all that on I will post or you can email me I can help you with your PE.

Brant, I would like to hear what your egts are with the 16cm housing . Also let me rephrase the my original question. I need help reducing my egt's, do any of you guys (HVAC are you reading this ?)think that I would have as much power with the DD stage 3's and the EZ box as compared to the PE on level 1 and the EZ with the DDstage 1's that I have now? I would absolutely love to keep the PE on the truck but I can only get on it real hard in level one without going over 1300 real easy. What other ideas does anyone have on reduction of my egt? Would a 16cm housing allow me to run on the other levels of fueling? I am getting plenty of boost 32# at level one and I have got 38# on level 3 but the egt went through the roof. I have run out of ideas and any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks again. PLEASE HELP !!!!!

I run 34# boost with dd1's, boost el and module and no VA or EZ. Towing (Albq - Abbotsford - Albq) my egt never exceeded 1200, again no box. With VA or EZ boxes egt go up and only get 2 more# boost. use box for m/t PSD racing in town (5k+ ft altitude). Cant say about EZ but with VA stock egt went way up, DD1's gave as much power as VA with 200* less egt. I have a set of DD2's on order and will see what they do to egt w and wo EZ.
