Just this last week I have been getting a buzz in my pedals (most notable in the clutch pedal). This occurs right from takeoff and is there under power and coasting (though less obnoxious coasting). This isn't the 2000 rpm drone. You don't hear the buzz, but you can feel it through your shoes. It feels like a vibrating pad sander is under your foot.

A/C on or off, it doesn't seem to matter.

There isn't a vibration in the seat or steering wheel - it's just in the pedals.

Help! My feet are going numb!

Seriously, anybody else experience this or have you had this fixed? I searched, but I mostly came up with the 2000 rpm drone issue. Not that, I'm afraid.

Sounds like this TSB to me do you infact have the weighted hose?

Guys were complaining about the same thing it manifested not always in the steering. Does it do it with Cruise Control on I remember one guy fixxing it with a rubber band on a loose cable.

I would look to see if you have the weighted hose I don't think early 04's had it, that my 2¢

I've got the weighted hose.

This doesn't sound like the dreaded drone at 70 mph, it occurs at any speed right from takeoff. The clutch pedal is the worst (thank God I don't ride my clutch) but I can feel it less severe in the gas pedal, too.

Help, my foot's falling asleep!

Clutch Pedal Buzz!

Juan,

Bingo! My 2003 has the same Clutch Pedal vibration! Sometimes!

I first showed up when the truck was about 4 months old. It seems to be the worst when the engine is cold in the afternoon when I leave from work. After warm-up it seems to go away almost completely. I don't recall noticing it in the morning. When it does vibrate it is like the sander you mentioned and it really gets your attention. I don't have the weighted P/S hose. The Buzz is worse above 2000 RPM and when you clutch to up-shift to the next gear.

The one time I asked my dealer to check it out, they couldn't duplicate it. I asked about the weight P/S hose TSB and they said the the vibration should be more in the steering wheel not just the clutch pedal like I have.

Please let us know if your Dealer finds the solution!

Anyone else experience this???

My accelerator pedal would rattle while depressing it. Turns out I have the adjustable pedals and they were about an inch towards the seat - moved 'em all the way forward and it stopped. I havent taken it in to the dealer yet for a permanent fix, but it was nice to get rid of it.
