People are getting Issue 37 and I haven't even got 36.

I also need to know how you find out whether you are up to date on your dues. I tried PM'ing admin but have not recieved a reply. If someone would let me know how to get #36 among the other things it would be appreciated. PS. If you need my tdr member # than PM me and I will send it right away. Thank you.
