Or to talk about ideas on what you can do to help. This forum will remain active for as long as it is productive. Please keep the Politics out of this and finger pointing, and stories of the darker side of this very tragic event. The world is filled with reports of horrible things that have happened all over the storm stricken area and some are true and some not. There are some that are simply created to fuel debate or even primal anger. *I* as a TDR Member not Moderator , not some grandstander but a passionate Human being am asking this out of respect of the living , lost and victims that paid the ULTIMATE price.

May I suggest that folks who want to debate issues involved with the Katrina aftermath please come over to the Political Forum and do so there. The ToolMan is correct - this forum is supposed to be productive. Nobody ever accused the Political Forum of that.

I guess I am one of the guilty ones for posting inappropriate topics here, but the title of the forum is "Hurricane Katrina (Temporary)", and does not specify what types of posts are acceptable. Admin might want to consider renaming the forum "Hurricane Katrina Relief (Temporary)" or something like that. I guess the thread that I started was just deleted w/o notice instead of moving it to the political forum.
