Sorry, but it seems abit disingenuous.
Many on the other site are letting Pep Boys know what they think and have let them know there are other auto supply stores to shop in (can we say Boycott).
It seems really a sad thing that they don't even realize or perhaps don't care that they are in violation of Federal law "USERRA/VRA
Veterans' Reemployment Rights Act (VRR)" and many individual States laws. If anyone is interested in reading this act, I can either post it here or PM it. It is rather long.
You'll perhaps notice that one of Pep Boys defenses seems to be that this guy was filling a "critical" manning position. Well, then, how about all the other members who fill positions in law enforcement, fire departments, medical fields and other emergency services and have responded to the call to return to active duty?
