Performance clutch manufacturer on the west coast?

I am looking to grow my repair business. I would like to be a dealer and installer of performance clutches. I got in contact with southbend but their warehouse is back east somewhere which would cause a problem cuz I'm in CA. If someone needs their clutch replaced rightaway I don't want to have to wait to have it shipped here. This brings me to my question; is there any performance clutch manufacturer located here on the west coast?

I would think if you're planning on being a dealer you may want to have a few in stock...



I've had two SB clutches, shipping was never a problem for me. SB is great about shipping!



Be wary of some other companies. They may not (in fact, I bet they will not) stand behind their products the way Peter does. He is one of a select few vendors that I have seen in the diesel performance industry that has superior customer service.



It also helps that South Bend builds some of the best clutches on the market. They almost sell themselves.

You don't make any money if you've gotta replace the clutch you've just sold a customer. SBC should minimize this pitfall. Eventually,I'll have to replace my DMF and I plan to go w/SBC.

when my clutch goes for poop, i am 90% sure i am going with a SBC. . just from the customer service reviews. .

Talk to Peter at South Bend, 800-988-4345. He can recommend a minimum inventory for you that will satisfy most customers and not make your investment in clutches too big. I think you could carry just a few and be ready for most customers. As others said, his quality, knowledge, customer service, and prices are excellent.

i run, and install SBC clutches, and will continue to deal with peter at SBC for all my clutch needs. i too am on the west side and have had no problems with getting them. no better reputation in sales and service as you can already tell... ... ... ...
