Well my EZ is fun but I'm craving more. I am thinking a TST PMCR, a good clutch and a phat shaft 62 would handle all the power I'd ever want. Anybody tried just a PMCR with a PS 62? How does it spool up? Then of course I could always add the EZ on a lower setting to perk it up a bit. :D

Thanks for any input.

Smokey 01

BTW I already have a good intake, a FASS and a missing muffler.

I have had my TST since shortly after they came out and would never give it up (self control is a MUST unless you have VERY very deep pockets :-laf )and with the mods listed in Sig. and a bigger turbo is in the plans but the money just went toward a new set of 22. 5" Alcoas and damn they are sweet looking on this truck so time to start saving again for the turbo

I have an H. O. 03 and I am currently running an EZ set on 2 along with a Phat Shaft 62/12. I should also tell you that I have an ATS exhaust manifold and I'm using a cold air intake system with a pro gaurd 7 filter.

I am very happy with the performance of the PS62. First off the EGT's have dropped significantly and the hottest egt that I've seen to date is 1025*. That was with my foot buried and running the truck up to 90 mph. The turbo spools quick and I have not experienced any problems with barking. The PS62 does whistle a bit, but it's not annoying.

I have past experience with a 3g modified turbo. The modified turbo barked all the time especially while towing. The PS62 works well with the EZ and it's a great turbo for towing. I really like this combination.
