I recently bought a G-Tech Pro performance monitor, http://www.gtechpro.com/ to play around with with my cars. Figured I would try it on the truck too. I have a AFE magnum force intake, torque tube and a Magnaflow muffler, here are the numbers, I rounded to the nearest 10th of a second and I did not do any brake loading, all runs were from a dead stop.

Box off

0-60 11. 1 seconds

Quarter mile 17. 8 seconds, 77. 8mph

Box on 30hp

0-60 9. 7 seconds

Quarter mile 16. 9 seconds, 82. 5mph

Box on 60hp

0-60 9. 7 seconds

Quarter mile 16. 9 seconds, 81. 2mph

Box on 100hp setting

0-60 8. 5 seconds

Quarter mile 16. 1 seconds, 89. 8mph, spun tires for about 20' begun spinning at about the 10' mark.

If you plug in a 1. 7 second increase in the quarter for a 7200lb vehicle in a HP calculator it comes out to about 120+hp increase but I am not sure how accurate they are for diesels.

I would say the box on 60hp is the most enjoyable to drive, the throttle response is very good, on 100hp it is almost too much when it hits 2000rpm.
