Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) performance upgrade??

Guys ,I'm getting ready to put a Glacier-392 on my truck for more fuel pressure I'm ditching the stock LP it worries me to much. After that I'm toying with the idea about putting a Predator performance module in but have read that they can make the truck start throwing codes? If any of you have had any expirence on these it would be appreciated. .

How about a used Edge EZ or VA box? Without transmission upgrades,that may just fill the bill.
